Connected worker programs for manufacturing

Digital Change, Human Value

Transformation that Sticks

We help manufacturers move from paper rounds and clipboards to connected worker systems, and pair every rollout with the culture work that makes adoption last.

Our vision

Bridging culture, technology, and strategy.

We combine our experience in IT management and Applied Anthropology to build connected worker programs that improve engagement, raise efficiency, and drive growth. By understanding the needs of each organization and the people on its floor, we help the change take root and last.

70–80%of transformation efforts fail
McKinsey · Deloitte · BCG

Most digital transformations stall on the shop floor.

The software usually works. What breaks down is everything around it: knowledge gaps between shifts, silos between IT and operations, and frontline teams who were never asked what they needed.

When operators see a new tablet as surveillance or extra paperwork, adoption quietly fails, and the pilot never scales.

Our approach

Technology and culture, handled together.

Technology alone doesn't drive transformation. People do. Every engagement works both sides at once.

The technology

Connected worker strategy

  • Digitizing rounds, inspections, and work instructions
  • Platform selection and pilot design
  • Links to maintenance, data historians, and machine vision
  • A long-term roadmap toward Industry 4.0 and 5.0

The people

Workplace anthropology

  • Frontline field research before anything is deployed
  • Surfacing hidden stigmas and resistance early
  • Training and knowledge transfer that fits each shift
  • Adoption and engagement measured, not assumed

Services

From first study to full rollout.

Every engagement starts with understanding your site, your team, and your goals.

Before rollout

Organizational Field Study

For teams planning a connected worker program who want to know what the floor really needs.

  • On-site observation and interviews across shifts
  • Map of workflows, pain points, and informal knowledge
  • Adoption risks and recommendations

During the pilot

Pilot Assurance Package

For companies running a pilot who need it to prove value and earn buy-in.

  • Pilot scope, success metrics, and use cases
  • Frontline champions and change support
  • Results readout for leadership

After the pilot

Scale-up Accelerator

For organizations ready to take a working pilot to more lines and more sites.

  • Rollout plan and governance model
  • Repeatable training and onboarding
  • Engagement tracking as you grow

OUR STORY

Our journey began inside a large manufacturer with what seemed like a simple request: digitize a few paper routes so frontline data would be easier to use. That small project touched everything on the shop floor: communication, data analysis, training, knowledge transfer, maintenance tracking, and above all, employee engagement.

Back then, Digital Transformation and Connected Worker weren't industry buzzwords yet. Jeremy partnered early with Augmentir, and rolling out a transformation program from inside the IT silo was hard. He had one unexpected advantage: he'd married a cultural anthropologist. Jessica joined as a consultant and worked from the frontline up, uncovering hidden stigmas and starting the conversations that drove adoption.

What We Learned

Technology alone doesn't drive transformation. People do. That experience taught us how to bridge gaps, build collaboration, and create systems that empower employees.

Our Mission

We help organizations connect people, streamline processes, and build cultures that lead to happier employees and stronger results. Our goal is simple: make work smarter, more engaging, and more human.

Who we are

Strategy, culture, and hands-on delivery.

Jeremy

Connected Work Strategist

Jeremy builds connected worker programs that move organizations toward Industry 4.0 and 5.0. He has helped shape the vision for connected worker programs, machine vision systems, and data historians, and he favors long-term vision over short-term gains.

Jessica

Data-Driven Workplace Anthropologist

Jess merges cultural insight with analytics and digital transformation work. She studies how teams actually work and tackles the cultural hurdles that come with digitization.

Rob

Implementation Specialist

Rob works directly with clients, onsite and remote, to make sure each site is fully integrated, fully trained, and supported after go-live. His background spans customer support, technical break/fix, and project integration, and he believes educating clients is what makes a solution last.
